Moreover, the approach of the HR manager is more of strategizing because of attempts made to align HR strategies with business strategies. There is more of comprehension of every value of the organization by the HR manager (Saylor, n.d., ch. 2). There is also more of comprehension of the mission of the organization by the HR manager (Saylor, n.d., ch. 2). There is more of comparison of the strategic plan of the organization with that of the Human Resources Manager or department done (Saylor, n.d., ch. 2). This is done to find out the gaps which can exist and not be identified in the two different strategic plans. There has to be awareness raised by every HR manager about any legislative changes
